Easy steps on how to
use this site. (Please print this page should
you want to refer back to the information).
1. There are 3 ways to find what your looking for
1. Use our search facility. 2. Go to the site map
and see everything at a glance or place your mouse
over products on the top bar, this will give you
a drop down menu to choose from.
2. When there, click on any product or manufacturers.
This will give you a selection of different
products to browse through. Each product is shown
with an image, short title description and more
detailed description. Also you will see a different
coloured underlined word or phrase i.e. further
information or specification. Click here for more
information.
3. When you what to buy something click on the "add
to shopping cart" button, you can carry on shopping
or go straight to the checkout.
4. If there is more than one colour product and
you haven't specified anything yet, you will be
prompted along the way. Just follow the instructions
on the screen at all times. You can stop and go
back at any stage or you can amend any item.
5. When you reach the screen to input your details,
anything highlighted will be required to be filled
in. Just choose the type of payment you wish to
make i.e. Credit card payment. (If you wish to
pay by cheque or bank transfer please call 0845
230 15 45).
6. When completed all stages just click the DONE
button at the bottom of the page. And that’s it!!
7. You will now be transferred back to our home
page.
8. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail and a
receipt will follow shortly. You will be advised
with-in 48 hrs of estimated delivery date.
9. Despatch will call you before they deliver any
product to pre-arrange date and time. Clicking
the
info button at the top of the page will display
further information.
