• Delivery for most items is approximately 3 - 5 working days. We can offer a next day delivery (subject to conditions) Monday to Friday. Where we offer a free next day delivery option on selected items, the order needs to be with us by 1pm the day you order for us to ship the goods in time (subject to normal working conditions) and must be to the credit card billing address. We can arrange a Saturday delivery before Midday, however there is a small additional cost involved, please ring 0845 230 15 45 for a quote.

• Larger items i.e. American fridge/freezers & range cookers will take approximately 8 -14 working days and will be delivered direct from the manufacturer.

• US fridge freezers will be connected to existing services i.e. water and electric socket (Providing the mains electric & water pipe has the correct fitting & is within one metre of the appliance)

• When a delivery is made please un-pack and inspect your goods for any transportation damage. Any damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt, we cannot accept damage claims after this period. Any forwarding by yourself of goods on to a another address will not be covered if any damages occur.

Sorry we are unable to leave any parcel without receiving a signature.

We can deliver to a third party address, however this will take a few days longer as we have to make further security checks for the credit card.

Please check all your dimensions for installation before ordering, to avoid any costly errors.

We strongly recommend you do not book fitters/installers until you have received the goods or you have allowed a sufficient time between goods arriving and the work commencing. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
